As indicated above, Eduen, Inc., by charter, is a development and management
company: (1) To develop land, products/services, and companies (2) To manage
all Eduen land developments and business interests.
A seasoned management team will launch Eduen’s worldwide development
and management activities, and the key officers and directors are as follows:
Patrick McEachern, Co-Founder/Director: Mr. McEachern has been in the organic
farming business for more than 20 years. Combining his experience with hard
science, he has worked in several organic gardening venues, including large,
prestigious facilities such as the Albertina Kerr Center and the Elite Care
Center of Milwaukee. Throughout his career, he has developed and improved natural
techniques for enhancing the soil without recourse to biocides. Mr. McEachern,
in collaboration with Mr. Fahey (see profile below), has designed The Eduen
Gardens concept and the SupraNatural Foods system.
Denise Martin, Co-Founder/Director, Chief of Information: Ms.
Martin has an impressive list of credits, including third-degree black belt
instructor, professional bodyguard, author, speaker, artist, and business
entrepreneur. Through her work with other members of the Eduen management team,
she is able to use her many talents to accomplish her life's mission of creating
a global supply of earth-friendly, people-friendly foods.

Don Hunt, Board of Director, Technology (IT) department (internet solutions, 3-D world solutions), Media (graphic artist, presentation, social media). Research & Development of state-of-the-art technologies to keep Eduen on the leading edge.

Ari Georges, Board of Director, Design and Architecture, Professor at Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture, . Design Implimentation for Eduen.
Tom Scroggins, Board of Director, Land & Water Right Acquisitions.
Gus Wahner, Board of Director, Expert in Bio-Composting, Vermaculture Farming.
Asha Deiiverance, Owner of Pacific Domes, Greenhouse Technology.
Dan Holcombe, Head of the Oregon Soil Corporation. Research and Development for vermaculture.
Additional Officers and Directors include: Dr. Jim Berg, Board of Director and President of Research, Development, and Implementation of Physical Health, Greg Sumner, Vice President of Research & Development of Physical Health.
More than 120 business practitioners and various other specialists have agreed
to work with Eduen, Inc. Some functions will not be performed by Eduen personnel,
but rather by selected doctors and other approved experts.
The founders of Eduen, Inc. – Patrick McEachern, Denise Martin – as well as Chief Executive Officer, Kyle Rotenberg, Carl Larkin, Don Hunt, Ari Georges, and Joel Gallob are, the creators and the initiators of the Eduen concept. As such, they will maintain significant equity positions and exercise general control over the company’s strategic direction, quality of operations, and managerial integrity. In their roles as the company’s top leadership, they also plan to hire like-minded, experienced and competent business professionals to support them in the management of day-to-day activities. This depth in management is vital to the attainment of Eduen’s worldwide expansion strategy.
The Eduen management team, working with handpicked outside consultants, has
created a multi-faceted action plan to develop an extensive infrastructure,
ramp up full-scale operations, establish a strong corporate culture/belief
system, and finally launch and roll-out the global expansion of each element
of the Eduen Federation.
